Intercontact Ltd. is specialised in organising international business events. We aim to facilitate direct business contacts between Bulgarian companies and potential foreign partners, as well as promote the exchange of goods and services.

The international events we organise may be grouped into two general categories: business missions and bilateral business meetings. Our typical clients are representatives of Bulgarian companies from various branches that are interested in entering a particular foreign market or strengthening already existing international positions. We carefully select foreign partners to act as host organisers of the events abroad and prepare an individual business program for each participating Bulgarian company. The host party commits itself to finding a certain number of local partners for each Bulgarian company according to its field of activity and cooperation interests. The talks follow fixed schedules, ensuring quiet and effective work.

An introductory consulting seminar (up to 1 hour) conducted by experts of the host organising company is usually included in the business mission schedule, so that Bulgarian participants can get "on the spot" up-to-date information about local market conditions, customs tariffs, certification regime, etc.

Since 2001, as the official representative of Exhibition and Convention Center INCHEBA (Bratislava) and CNR/ITF fair (Istanbul), Intercontact Ltd. has been assisting Bulgarian companies participating as exhibitors at various fairs and specialised exhibitions with individual and collective stands, presentations, business visits etc.
